If I wake up before my partner and decide to put my hands down her pants and feel her body, technically that's "rape" but realistically it's not. I don't require constant verbal consent from my partners to engage in sex, however, if they wanted to, they could charge me with rape. that's how ridiculous rape has gotten now. It has become a blanket term for someone being stupid enough to put themselves in a situation that they weren't smart enough to see. like dumb cunts who go get wasted and walk around like a slut, oh what, you're kidding me, you're saying you regretted having that foursome while intoxicated? All im saying is there is a drastic difference between what you consider "rape" and the blanket term for non-consensual touching. I dont need verbal permission every time I engage someone. If I open my arms for a hug, and someone responds by opening their arms and walking towards me, that's body language allowing me to touch them. If I hug them and they say, WHA THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING i DIDNT SAY YOU COULD TOUCH ME!, thats basically the new standard for rape. However, If I open my arms for a hug and the other person doesn't and I continue to go in for a hug and they start walking away, that's the body language of, no thanks. There's so much you can learn outside of whatever social justice courses you wasted your time on in college.
