This is a pretty good comic to be honest, there's a good variations of different positions and the characters have good chemistry together, I think this is a pretty good comic compared to most of the things that get posted here most of the time...

We really need an english translation of this...I wanna know the story behind this, I know it's the continuation of the first one but it definitely focuses on another couple maybe (the ex boyfriend of the dog from the first comic I think?)

Well, one easy reason for that is to prevent other people from claiming that it's theirs. Credit-stealing happens quite frequently.
Beside, translating and type-setting is taking so much time and effort, especially if you're working alone and still have real-life job.
