Not that guy, but I'm guessing he means Golden Week.

He has a trend so far of his stories being kind of off the wall and nonsensical. Even just two (or three?) comics in and both of them have stupid crazy twists like the court case, or how this one is a story within a story for some reason.

Kimmy showed a huge leap in his art quality during Golden Week, and it felt towards the end like he was just trying to wrap it up and get it out of the way so he could move on. He definitely has potential, but I wish he'd make his stories a bit simpler.

how is it anti Christian to work with one of the trickiest topics of modern Christianity? It's contradictory to be actively gay and also following the rules of the old book. It's a dilemma for gay Christians and depending on the sect they are following it's even harder to figure out.
Or are you also one of the guys who deems something anti Christian when women's rights and things like slavery are discussed which are pretty nasty even in the NT as well? Religion is no filter hubble - even though many many followers live it that way. Openly discuss the flaws of the 1700-3000 years old book the religion is based on, try to have a solution and reform if you WANT or choose to do not. But not just ignore the elephant in the room.

Excuse me but being careful about what? There's been record stories about holy people being gay and kept it as a secret.

In fact if they get caught, they go through special training to repent their sins. How that special training works out or how its accomplished is never really reveal to the public.

The treatments that have been revealed to the public by non-religious orders is "Therapy", "Electrical Shock", or "Physiological Brainwashing sessions".

Cases like what is being shown in this comic is extreme but not unheard of. Surely... you've heard news reports on how preachers defile young boys right?

While I'm sure there are plenty of valid reasons to be upset with Christianity; it always bothers me that anyone cites Leviticus. It's not to be meant to be read as laws that apply now. Further, it's fundamentally anti-christian to suppose there is any action that cannot be forgiven.

It's a founding principal that people are so sinful we need forgiveness; therefore, it is self-defeating to preach "you do this thing, you can never enter heaven."

I kind of dig the whole apply real stuff from the first one. "Hoo, boy, sex is fun, but maybe having sex with your literal dad has more consequences than you think."

But this just isn't a valid criticism in its presentation. If it is short hand for he hates himself for Christianity, then why go with the "my parents were homophobic" route?

Not saying I won't read it or it is particularly bad, just sort of disappointing because despite the flaws of the first one, I liked what it was trying to do. This one just seems comparatively tone-deaf.

I'm not entirely sure how to view this yet. From what I understand about this comic series as a whole, it's partly about trading stories of past partners and how said partner's unique fetish ultimately lead to a breakup for them.

In the first part (referring to the bull's story), it was clear to understand what the fetish was. As for this story so far, it's not so clear as of yet. Can it be implied that the fetish here is the fact that the goat firmly believes in his religion, yet finds equal pleasure in giving into his sacrilegious desires of male sex? Is there even a word for such a fetish?

I'm very much looking forward to see this turns out.

sooo what's happening with the artist?
is he like experimenting new style or something?
at first when i see the tiger design in the very first page, i think he's kinda cute.was looking forward to it.also the coloring and shading is pleasing for the eyes to see.
now overtime i see the art deteriorate.
lighting and shading speaking, sure he have a good understanding of it on where to put it (and stuff like that).but the way he stroke it with his brush is kinda a nono for me.also the character design.did nathan gain some weight? i know that puffy thing is not his cheek filled with fat rather his fur, but the way he shades it makes him look like it.

KimmyKun has always been pretty inconsistent with his style. It can go from pretty passable to nightmarish or just outright ridiculous (the eyes on the tiger in particular are SERIOUSLY distracting).
