Yeah and most Skaven are about 1.2m (4'-0"). Wouldn't even need to be a Rat Ogre to be huge to a Skaven.

And not all Rat Ogres are all 'gorilla' looking. Several keep their proportions and just look 'buff' like Stormfiends.
