Page 12, I think you're right.
I don't understand page 23 either. It doesn't make sense to me. I don't know the man wishes who dead.
"A man who pushed a once depressed, now cheerful teenager to violence." This would be more accurate.
Page 24, my mistake. I think 'tolerance' means not matural enough.
Page 26, I'm not sure about the drowned male part.
Page 28, "So easy" means the procedure is not complicated, he just says a few words and leave.
Page 35, I think the line is correct.
Page 43, sorry to make you confused. It's a happy ending. It means they'll leave forever and never come back, they'll start a new life.
I don't recognise the character on the necklace. It looks like some ancient Chinese script but I'm sure it's not.

Okay, finished with the edits; changed some minor things here and there. This is best I can do, sorry. And thank you very much for the translation. Looking forward to the finished thing.
page 26: I think it makes sense. On page 20 we see someone being pushed into the sea. I think The wolf faked his own death so that he wouldn't be a suspect for the murder of Kuzuoka and his goons.
page 28: I understood. "Piece of cake" actually means "something very easy (to do)"
Page 43: I really thought they had died because they aren't visible on the boat and the wolf's necklace is in the sea. Plus the title is "love suicide". But I guess they just discarded the boat and necklace after reaching land.
The character on the necklace looks like a kanji precursor https://kanjiportraits.wordpress.com/2014/02/16/hand-copied-japanese-kanji-precursors/
But I don't think there's an easy way to find which character it is :/

I thought the title was サブサワ心中 −下−, so Lover's suicide at Sabusawa Vol. 2 OR Double suicide at Sabusawa Vol. 2 was indeed correct. That's how it's listed on the artist's Pixiv at least.

EDIT: I just skimmed the afterword and if my cursory knowledge of Japanese is correct, the author says the ending is open to interpretation.
