Thou = You (subject)
Thee = You (object)
Thy = Your (not I or my!) Your dick = Thy dick
Thine = Your if the next word starts with a vowel. Your apple = Thine apple

So it should read "Where does thou think thee is going?"

Also hath should be hast.

so it should be "Hast thou realized thy struggle is futile?"

Anyway, hot comic, but the words are mixed up.

Thine is not "thy if the noun that follows it starts with a vowel", it's analogous to "yours". Like, I/me/my/mine = thou/thee/thy/thine

I'm not gonna bother with conjugating verbs, especially irregular ones like be, have, and go, but yeah let's bring back the T-V distinction in English so that "you" becomes the plural second-person so ambiguity disappears and it's more like other Germanic/Romance languages (since English is essentially a bastard of German and French anyways)

Y'all can both be right. Generally thy and thine are split as between attributive (my/thy/your) and predicative (mine/thine/yours) cases, but in some genitive case uses, thine is swapped for thy in a way that matches the "a"/"an" distinction.

So, it's "To thine own self be true" rather than "To thy own self be true."

However, this wasn't even consistently followed.

So if you contrast Psalms 2:8 for the King James Version (1611 publication, which is generally more consistent with the thy/thine differentiation before consonants and vowels), you get:

"Ask of me and I shall give thee the heathen and for thine inheritance and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession"

But if you look at Douay-Rheims (1582 publication), "thy" is consistently used as the genitive case:

"Ask of me, and I will give thee the Gentiles for thy inheritance, and the utmost parts of the earth for thy possession. "
