Okay, what I can gather from the Spanish translation is that, indeed, Ray's angry at Otake for Otake's couldn't-care-less attitude over snatching the energy jelly out from under Ray's nose. The talk Otake has with the leopard in the showers is that he's annoyed at how loud the whole sex thing tends to be, with the leopard saying that it seems that Otake really wants sex with him and just has to ask, which is what causes Otake to slam the locker door shut. The bit inside the sauna that showcases little Takemoto watching tv with a nose bleed is that Otake recognizes Ray as a professional wrestler, from how Takemoto watches Ray's matches and thinks Ray is hot. This makes Ray think that Otake's a fan, but Otake just says that Ray acts like a bratty kid and that as a well known person, he should behave maturely. This is what pisses Ray off enough to drop the towel.
Leopard explains that he slipped some potent pheromones into the sauna itself, the steam, which take full effect on Ray. Otake also notices by the smell as well as Ray's behavior, but Ray engages him before he can properly confront those two, and the out-machoing hate fucking ensues. By the end Leopard and Allen indeed take advantage of the now exhausted Otake and Ray, and they do smugly rub it in their faces.
Disappointing bit in the final page after all the fucking, as it's not about those two calling a truce to get revenge on the jerks, it's actually about Ray saying that he now sees Otake as both a friend and a worthy opponent. Otake doesn't want to be friends with him, and in the bottom panels, Ray points out that their fight ended with no official winner. This convinces Otake to have a proper match, hence why Ray is so pumped at the end. That's a bummer about no payback, though the translation didn't include the final one page image of the gym guys tied up and drenched in cum, so gonna have to wait for that one and see just what happened.
