Consider this an 'outside opinion' as I'm not gay, but I do look through the various comics here on the gay board from time to time, hoping for some good story or well draw characters.

I see a lot of guys here saying they 'prefer their men to look like men'. Ok, fine. This is a valid point, and I know plenty of gay guys who are average males physically.

But these same people say a couple of things I can't accept. One, the concept that there are 'too many fembois in comics'. Where? Here? ...no. Here the comics go in several directions. Chubby, Buff and Femboi, from my experience. The rare type to see here is the 'average' male, because lets face it... no one turns to comics to see average people doing average things. We want excitement, exaggeration, hot sex and drama/intrigue in comics.

Complaining about fembois in this comic is kinda silly in my opinion for one very serious reason. A *lot* of the comics here are just kinda bad. Badly drawn, horrible story, unappealing characters, etc. And like it or not, they *do* exist, in larger numbers than most are willing to accept I guess, seeing the reactions here. This comic is fairly well drawn, in color, and the story is pretty realistic and decently thought out, even if it includes something that seems to be a level of controversy here.

I can get that people want more of other types of stuff done here, but maybe a few of y'all could commission some work of the type you're interested in. Looking at the comics that depict the things you dislike makes very little sense, and then fighting over it afterwards, s if that will change something is equally pointless.

I see the sea salt connection youre making, but if I had to judge on how this comic began in that it did not shy away from the difficult subject of hard drugs and even murder, then I can totally see Tusks self destruction by spiraling into a darker underworld through sex and drugs being an absolutely tremendous story telling arc. They were always going to kill him to absorb his business. They've been doing it to the drug dealers in the area (the rhino is the one that killed Freedom, stating that he should have killed Tusk and Dangle too), and since they're expanding into porn and nightclubs, it makes sense they'd do it to any owner that doesn't want to sell.
