I'm gonna put my two cents in.
The artist already told us that yes, it's inspired by CLW. Putting aside the twincest part, the character and speech bubble colors are less inspired and more taken directly.
I don't see this as necessarily a bad thing, and here why.
First of all, it's a free comic, the artist isn't trying to make money off of someone else's work.
Secondly, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, they say. And imitating something you like eventually leads to you taking what you like from all over the place and then combining it into something new, as you should. That's how you grow as an artist, you learn from what you see and then apply it to your own style in a new way. The key here is to take ideas and give them new shapes, though, not endlessly copy/paste what you see. That's good for practice, but in the long run you would stagnate.
Third, think of the comic as practice. Is this the artists's first serious attempt at drawing a comic? If yes, then you can't expect it to be flawless. Comic page composition and storyboarding isn't easy, so if it's your first few times, you look to others that have made stuff before you and learn from them, oftentimes by imitating them. Eventually, IF (and this is important) you put in the work, you'll use what you learned to draw the comic in your own way.
In conclusion, while it is heavily inspired by CLW, the anatomy is solid, the cocks look a lot better than in CLW (I dunno why, I just love them) and the artist can use it as a learning opportunity to apply to the next comic they make. And I certainly hope they do make more.
