Incineroar is a bipedal, feline Pokémon with a muscular build. It has a short snout with a small red nose, bright green eyes with yellow sclerae, and tiny, pointed ears. Large tufts of red fur extend from its cheeks, and much of its face is also red. The upper half of its muzzle and the top and back of its head are black. A thin red stripe runs vertically along its head to its snout, where it splits into a V-shape over its eyes. Its torso is gray with several black stripes and seems to resemble a wrestler tank-top; the front and back both have a single vertical stripe up the center, crossed by two horizontal lines. Around Incineroar's waist is a belt formed from flames that somewhat resembles a championship wrestling belt. In the front center is a small, yellow flame shape. The arms, legs, and tail are all red with black stripes forming bands around them. The arms have three stripes, spiky tufts of black fur over the shoulders, and large five-fingered hands with white claws and a single light red pad on the palm. Its legs have only two stripes and simple three-toed paws, and the tail has one stripe and a tuft of spiky black fur around the tip.

It's weird that most people assume Ditto can't change its face/eyes when normally it's a perfect duplicate of anything it sees. It was only ONE Ditto in the anime (and some examples in cards, I guess, now that I read the wiki) that sucked at Transform enough that it could never change its face, but I guess that stuck with enough people that it's become an abundant misconception that Ditto can't transform their face/eyes.

So, unless this Ditto also sucks at Transform (Which begs the question of why hire a Ditto that can't transform right?), it should have been able to copy the eyes and just slap on a mask or have just been completely incapable of copying the face.

But, plot device, I guess.

My assumption is that instead of transforming into the character and putting on a mask, it transformed into the character with a mask. So technically he ripped off part of its body (as was obvious from the fact that the eyes was included in the frame of mask removal), but I doubt that hurt the ditto as much as it shocked him, assumingly causing him to display his "natural" face state.

I also don't think it has anything to do with the ditto being bad at transforming like the one in the show, since otherwise the mask wouldn't have been removable. And also in the next page you see him walking away showing normal eyes and face structure.

So yeah, I guess it was some kind of "shock" thing where it couldn't transform it's face fast enough to avoid being caught, and instead just went "oh well you caught me, ehehehe".

I'm talking about the earliest pages from before this comic was even called "Family Moments" or had a cover page, where Incineroar is kind of a tease but in general doesn't seem to know his brother wants to fuck him. The order in this thread is really confusing because it's not by release date, but the blowjob after their bath and all their awkward moments was actually their first sex scene, not the bed. Then it immediately skips ahead to them fucking regularly at the technical start of the comic, and THEN it flashes back.

Honestly, either way, whether the pre-comic pages have been retconned or not, I don't really understand the point of this flashback.

I think the point is is that Incineroar's face (mask) is indicative of Mexican wrestling specifically. It's fighting style (as Smash has shown) is strikingly similar to that of American wrestling. I dont think these other cultures fit the bill towards Zourik's characters' chosen ethnicity.

- The only pokemon that was considered a luchadore was "Hawlucha" which was stated as such by Nintendo.

- Machoke and Machamp were based on "WWE" show.

- Incineroar is based on "Body Builders". It just so happens in the Pokemon Sun and Moon Anime/Game that Professor kukui aka (Royal Mask) decided to wear a mask because plot filler. The wrestling called "Hakoko" was performed back then without a mask. However since this was considered a sacred ritual amongst Hawaiian people; there is very little history about it.

Side note: In fact in the developer interview on early build days, Royal Mask wasn't even a thing. However since Cianwood City Gym Leader Chuck already filled the role of body builder and Kiawe/Kaki was already filling that role of being a strong male figure; they were kinda cornered on what to do with Professor Kukui.


As for the comic itself... I dont see how a Stripper party mask brought on the idea of luchadore in the first place and... it was a ditto. Sure the writter wants to make his Incineroars latinos but history wise... they are not.

There's no indication in either of these pages of such drama existing.

Actually if you look back the previous pages and "extra" fan stuff art; Luxray has undergone complete reworks multiple times. I'm not sure why though.

I think when it was revealed that the "flash back" was at an end, the artist forgot about page 7 and was most likely working on a few more pages before he realized the error.

Just to add on to this... Luxray's new "lion mane" out look is cannon from now on.

Perhaps to indicate that he's older and around the same age of Incineroar?
However... the time lines are a mess since the Luxray was friends with Zeraora at the same time they joined the strip club together with Torracat (the older brother's previous poke form).

So if... I had to guess, this comic is very soon coming to an end with in a few pages and another comic will be worked on as a "flash back" on each character or all at once to avoid "intership" BS drama.

Dont be too mad at the artist for the alternate ending. A lot of people were asking to see the luxray more and then some people mentioned if they can be part of the comic since in the first pages they did have sex (although with a ditto and torracat). Essentially they did a poll to see where people would like to see it go and well a lot of people liked the luxray so a good chunk voted to do a threesome which won. Zourik decided to just have it where the threesome was a alternate ending since it wasnt originally planned.

As usual from Zourik, very nice comic!

Although most of us here like it and should be fapping to it, I cannot help but worry and feel concerned on Zourik's welfare because He's already done so much stuff and as I was scanning through his patreon page it looks like that he has a lot of things to do. Idk why I feel concerned but I do hope that he takes some sort of break here and there to avoid overload and possibly burnout regardless if he's a workaholic or not, and while were at it, it might be a good thing to at least subscribe to his patreon once in a while to show some support no matter how small it may be.

Just voicing my thoughts here and I mean no harm. :)
