Okay, so quick summary to those who don't understand the story:

The big bird featured in this comic is a "phantom thief" who's also an alter ego of the inspector with the swirly glasses. He got pulled to record some kind of film by the female inspector in hopes to destroy that thief's reputation.

Also, it seems they either made a clone of the thief or found someone else that looks like/poses as him.

Should also warn you guys that near the end, there's watersports kink involved. The thief (or his clone) got a funnel on him where he's drinking the other actors' piss.
