I think I have, all the black boxes in the first few pages are the big guy talking to Alex while the flashbacks are happening. So the black boxes are present day and the panels+speechbubbles are past.

I guess the sister (who is ripped out of the picture) had a crush on Alex, but Alex rejected her for Stan, so her brother Roth (young all-black dog) went to get revenge and is now gone (i assume he dies falling into the well?). I guess it broke the family apart. The big white dog seems like the oldest brother, and i guess is a casualty of that has fallen on hard times and i assume is blackmailing Alex about that video he found on the camcorder (and which i guess is the reason Roth is gone too).

I guess Alex got blackmailed and told to show up at the well alone, then Stan showed up and I guess Alex had to do something to Roth to avoid letting Stan know about the video (because it was secretly recorded without Stan's knowledge). Now I guess he still cant tell him because of all the stuff thats happened since then and now.

So if I'm understanding right from the last page, the kid that's almost always seen with a mask and the half sibling between Roth and Dave's parent is Alan. I'm sure we'll likely get more information in later pages/chapters, but it more or less sounds like he's stuck in the middle of a bad environment with Dave and that his sister leaving took a toll on him. At least we know why he's usually seen either wearing a mask or around them.

I find that unlikely. I read through the previous chapter and this one and before and the only time we supposedly got his name was after Alex went to his place to give him money or whatever and he says Dave. Plus the flashback pages after that has his sister calling him Dave and only says Alan in the latest page with the other boy.

Mostly guessing, but the white dogs name was never revealed before a few pages ago.

Alex really has no reason to really help out Alan. Roth took this shit too far someone was going to wind up hurting someone regardless if he had a crush. It does suck that the people who did nothing wrong like Alan were caught up in it. Yet Alan is still going down a route of self destruction and now hurting even the little boy who just is just as much of a victim. I am not sure if there is real fix to this, but something needs to change. I just hope they don't make everything black and white.

Bullies Kid A and almost kills him many times, even (apparently) forcing him to record himself in sexual situations for money. Kid A is slowly breaking down, confronts the bully's big brother. Bully's big brother is trying to kill Kid A (now not a kid anymore so we shall call him Goat A).
Little brother of the bully goes to find help and finds doggo B. Doggo B is trying to save Goat A by fighting bully's big brother.

It all depends on if they can coordinate effectively. One person can keep him distracted while the other continuously holds him from the back.he'll start panicking when he realizes he's losing air but then the second person can jump in and tackle him from the front. In media we see people all the time get beaned with a pipe or shovel and then just shrug it off like this. In real life, a good hit like that with a shovel and the guy is pretty well dead. Or at the very least laying on the floor with a cracked skull. Same with the strangle hold, in media like you say they like to play it being not great so as to make the bad guy more dangerous. But again, in reality a strangle hold can be quite effective. Used properly you can render a person unconscious surprisingly quick with it. Its all about pressure and positioning.
