This is pretty cute if i got the GOOGLE TRANSLATE right, even if took a while to get the basics down.
If i got shit right, Both are gay, Student is crushing on teacher and convinces him to be allowed to visit as favour, teacher is trying to confirm is student is Homo after the student expresses that he wants to shower together, Student checks out Teachers dick at night and then the teacher goes YOU TOUCHED MINE SO I'LL TOUCH YOURS (probably intending to horse around considering what follows) the morning after and then goes "Don't be a idiot, i was in your situation when i was your age and was taken advantage of and i regret it, don't make my mistake" once the crush is revealed by the student.
The scene with the bear is basically a callback to earlier in the comic with a monologue from teacher basically going "I DON'T NEED A RELATIONSHIP! THIS IS FINE!" after having talked about the Tiger Student with the bear.
Presumably we are now at a timeskip with the Tiger coming back now that he is older and very likely still in love with his teacher.

Anyway, thanks for showing this to me OP, this is the same artist who did the Benki Wars sprites and art, right? Teacher really reminds me of Captain Dog.
