Yeah Fuze is notoriously awful with his design adaptations. He gives everything the same head shapes and body types, then arbitrarily slaps a couple features of the original designs and calls it a day.
A good artist needs to be able to tweak designs in a way that looks good. But his obsession with human twinks is what's holding him back.
Not everything can be turned into a humanoid twink and look good. Or, if it's what you really like, just stick to humanoid Pokemons.
Doing some anatomy practice with real life models would help him a lot, too. He's far from the worst when it comes to anatomy structure, but he's far from being good at it too.
