Here's a translation I found on another site that has this comic. It gives more insight into this story:
Translating bits here and there, the shark is some kind of demon and at the beginning he is complaining about the villagers being too weak and not good enough sacrifices, leaving him still hungry. He then senses a powerful presence and wonders if that can satisfy his hunger.
He captures the knight and removes all his magical gear before attempting to drink his "sweet nectar". The knight gets angry and just tells the shark to just kill him instead, rather than being humiliated like that.
The shark then tells him to just use his magic to escape, he is a high ranking knight in an elite order, after all, so it should be easy for him. Yet he can't. The shark then starts to wonder how the knight even managed to join an order that specializes in killing demons, while only being able to use low level magic himself. The shark then just straight up asks the knight if he sold his body to the king so that he could join the order, since there has been rumors about that.
The shark proceeds to rape the knight over and over, forcing him to shoot his load many, many times over hours. While raping the knight, the shark mocks him and humiliates him further. The shark tells the knight to scream louder and maybe his companions will come save him, but then says that his companions probably hate him anyway so they'd just let him die. Says that his family has abandoned him and that he's a mockery to his family and his country.
The knight, exhausted and drained of his essence, dies after shooting his 30th load.
After the shark has had his fun and turns away to leave the body behind, the knight suddenly gets up even though he was supposed to be dead. It turns out that the knight was some kind of demon after all? Or a magician that died with many regrets and evil thoughts in in his mind, which then turned him into a demon? And this encounter with the shark made him realize what he is; a demon that feeds on torment/suffering. At the end he asks the shark to "torment him more".
After the undead knight rapes the shark, it goes on to rape the king over and over.
