Author's note: About the mark Neil has and why he "needs" to suck off Lester - The mark was given to Neil by his boss in the Underground, and it can release an aphrodisiac that makes people around them aroused. It didn't show clearly in the comic, but the aphrodisac can have stronger effect on some people. Some might not be able to think properly, and some might even lose control and go rampage due to their overwhelming libido. That's why Neil has to put Lester to sleep before the aphro started working because he didn't want to take the risk. Neil's whole plan wasn't very clever and even cruel to Lester, and there are so many better ways to approach them, but that's all he could think of at the moment.
