I checked their Patreon out. I didn't see anything super NSFW in their $8 tier. A few flaccid dicks here and there, but nothing that could really be considered "porn". So I wouldn't be surprised if this just ended in a kiss and the suggestion that they decided to do it. Then again, there was a $15 tier I hadn't checked out... maybe that's where the super lewd stuff is, though the description says "no porn" (or something along those lines).
