If anything there needs to be a distinction between gore (ie decapitations, scat, snuff etc) and bdsm, which is what this is.
...and there needs to be a distinction between gay bdsm and straight bdsm. Y'all know they aren't gonna make the distinction unless we ask for it.
while we're at it, please for the love of god make a distinction between masc intersex and fem intersex. I don't want to have to sift through dozens of transwomen comics just to see the one that has a guy with a gussy.
