As a degenerate, I love the incest fetish. But I always find it to be pretentious or self-insisting when other writers attempt to create a scenario that illustrates it, because of the constant referral between the people involved. The constant "bro"/"sis" when referring to one another is just too much. We don't need that constant validation that the parties involved are related. Realistically, siblings don't normally address each other by title; they will usually address each other by their names, or in terms of endearment, such as Cubby or Brow-brow, Shortstop, etc. The subtlety makes it more intimate.
