I think the complaint is jumping the gun, though. Look at the cover, the first few pages in the barn, and the Chapter 2 cover. It seems pretty clear this is quickly going to turn into an orgy where all the rabbits that have been spying on the sex come out to jump his bones. Though I don't like the looks of the big rabbit overshadowing the cover. It makes me worry that he's going to dominate the wolf when it would be better if the wolf just got seduced by a bunch of wolf cock-hungry rabbits.
I don't think it'll meander a lot with character development because the first chapter has been very simple and straight-to-the-point. Wuf wanted to steal some food from the rabbits, but he's not actually a bad guy, he just has a "big bad wolf" image he wants to keep up, so he scares the rabbits without actually trying to hurt them. Hop seduces him, but Wuf's tsundere as fuck and scared of his image being ruined, so he tries to reject sex, act like a bully, and even accept blue balls to hide how turned on he is by this rabbit throwing himself at him.
After this, it could go two ways:
1. It sticks with the simplicity and all the rabbits come out and ride his cock, big rabbit on Chapter 2 cover comes out, bigger than Wuf, but in a bait-and-switch, also wants to get fucked. Wuf gets seduced by the rabbits and lives with them, fucking them everyday and acting like their guard (oooh, in this one, it'd be hot if he stays naked forever afterward, like he patrols the grounds, works as their protector, but is always naked because all the rabbits come to have sex at various points in the day). Though, since even Hop is a vers switch and the Chapter 2 cover is Hop leading Wuf away from the others and the big rabbit looks threatening, this probably won't happen and instead:
2. Hop tries to convince Wuf to stay, Wuf blusters and pretends he doesn't want him, other rabbits try to seduce him, which may or may not succeed, Wuf keeps his Big Bad Wolf act up and is cocky, then big rabbit comes and fucks him, Hop realizes he likes Wuf, and helps him get away and the two run away together. Either they leave the farm or Hop stays and they just meet up occasionally.
Either way, I don't see this straying away from the sex. I think it's going to keep it going and if it DOES have character development, it's going to be through sex. I don't even think any of the characters are even going to put on clothes for the rest of this thing, at least until the last page or so that shows them working on the farm.
