After conquering a kingdom, comes the stabilitzation period, and that's when Nero can relax a little bit.
It's up to the other Paradigms to establish a solid commerce route, bring resources and supplies, vanquish sickness and bring life to the soil.
But Nero? as far as he's concerned the secured kingdom is safe. he can enjoy a well deserved break... unless something happens.
like this minuscule annoyance. a little fox thought he could claim the throne and had the foolish idea to rise against the emperor.
Obviously, the deed fails catastrophically, and now our little schemer will face... sweaty repercussions.
