Gervic complained about "being Vlagg's fucktoy" *twice*. The first time was because he had PTSD from when Bob pimped him out as a sex slave for money, and the second was because he was frustrated about being kept hidden during the peace talks and feeling like he was useless and had no power to make things better.
Neither time had anything to do with Vlagg treating him poorly specifically, though even Vlagg admits hiding Gervic's situation was not the best thing he could have done for him (because the peace talks fell through anyways b/c of warmongers).
Gervic was "cursed" to gain pleasure from bottoming and was basically turned into a hermaphrodite by Bob which permanently altered his brain chemistry.
