The following has been confirmed via multiple playthroughs followed by a quick peek at the script to confirm my findings. First, your choice of club has absolutely no impact on romance choice or the ending. Second, to get access to good/perfect endings, help Tim (the catalyst for the plot, not choosing this results in a bad ending regardless of what you do), be nice to Chris (as the previous guy said; Chris is integral to resolving the plot), and then confront Kevin. The confrontation with Kevin and Chris is the deciding point for whether you get the good or perfect ending; you must get Kevin to reveal everything about the conspiracy and that involves distrusting him and getting to the point that Chris beats him up (this is signified by a CG of Kevin against a fence, bloodied). Once you get that CG, you are on track for the perfect ending. Finally, you can only romance Vince or Chris. Both involve simply interacting with them and it is possible to almost max both of their reps on the same playthrough. The deciding point for which character you get (assuming you do all Vince-related choices and are on track for a good/perfect ending, which always gets you good Chris rep) is right before the climax where you decide who to tell about the conspiracy; one of the choices is Vince and another is Chris--whichever you choose is the character you will end up with (the third choice is the class president, which just guarantees that you get neither).
