Guys I actually know Robbie and shit has turned up where he's been unable to finish art. His computer crashed and he lost a TON of artwork on there, so it's pretty easy that he's lost the list of people he owes for commissions. I will say though he does slack off a lot which doesn't help, but at the same time the art thing is not his job, he works 2 other jobs and has DJ gigs that he can't just drop for art.
Besides there's lots of other artists that owe art but nobody gives them shit (amwulf, shiuk, zaush, just to name a few).
Shit happens, he's actually a really nice guy just has been running into problems that you can't avoid
