i know this game is kinda dead but apparently there's people still working on a reboot of Morenatsu that started like two years ago and "recently" (march 6 is not very recent but whatever) they posted an update on it.
Personally im pretty excited, I don't know if its just to make unplayable routes playable or even going to add new content but eh. Morenatsu is one of not many dating sims where I actually got emotionally attached with the cast so I cant wait to see what happens!... But I'll probably have to wait a lot anyway lmfao

What do you guys think?

The game page remains inactive, saying that it would return but did not. Some time ago I was informed that there was a group that was going to create another game of morenatsu trying the theme of "winter holidays" I researched and to be honest I do not see much future since the one who takes it is a kid ( Oddly enough). Anyway, I hope this project comes back (although many people are criticizing it) can be a good thing.

it's the lack of communication with the new team is what makes the project hard to determine whether it's really dead or alive. Right now, from their post, they said that they're moving at a very slow pace, and there hadn't been any news after that post.

I'm a more recent member of the revival team. Currently, I've been porting the game to RenPy so you won't need to deal with AppLocale. At the moment I'm finishing up Day 15. I'm making it so it's as close to the original as possible in terms of presentation, so there won't be much editing done by me.

My plan is to have the port completed, tested, and released before the new year.
