Chapter 1 is done and ready to play. Chapter 2 recently started with the production. The creator is back from his short vacation and is designing more character concepts for Chapter 2. He recently opened up Patreon back on early July. At this point on, he will be updating consistently. Especially, with his livestreams.

I don't get it, why this games is a RPG just to tell a story? Did anyone know that games like Kemo Coliseum and Night in The Woods just frustrate the player more with frustrating RNG and walking simulator respectively?

Why can't a simple visual novel be enough? Other than that, looks cool. Loads and loads of characters though, not sure where it's going.

The creator Kulplant is working on a couple of things besides bug fixes.

"After doing bug fix and system upgrade, we are now focusing on the making of Chapter 2. Chapter 2 and other following chapters will be several times larger then chapter 1, as this is where the game truly begins.

- Main story of chapter 2

- Gullash routes in chapter 2 (with R18 content)

There is one, but is very outdated. Plus hardly anyone goes to that section to check up on updates of the game. So I took the liberty of creating a newer thread that is up to date. Also, this thread is more towards concept art of the game.

P.S. Ch 2 is on the works while they are fixing bugs from Chapter 1. All I gotta say is chapter 1 is more polished since the release of the demo. Heres a little teaser from ch 2 on Gullash R18 scene coming real soon.

Communication is all fine and good. It certainly beats nothing at all. But if they don't release monthly demos then it's really sketchy that they charge people monthly on Patreon.

There are many other games on Patreon that release monthly demos (some release more than once a month) whilst being managed by only a single person. EA, Repeat, Tennis Ace. They are all one/two-man shows

Notes of Heart is a game with an entire development team that did its first demos on RPG Maker (and did them laughably bad, with a bunch of errors in programming that could be fixed by someone with 6 months experience) that still somehow thinks its acceptable to spend multiple months releasing nothing but "promises and progress reports"...

How is it that a game managed by an entire team somehow manages to be both inferior in quality and output less content than games made by just one/two people at most?

Go to bar with Gullash 3x. Once u r in the 3rd day of visiting the bar, make sure u r not drinking any beer or the 2nd option. next will be giving him a dark beer. Once he drank the dark beer, he will ask u whether you want to drink whiskey. Do not choose whiskey,dark beer and the another option. Drink something lighter which is fruit juice.If u do that u will get the scene.

It's actually easy, but requires you to focus on him for most of the time: the first day, exhaust his dialogue options (or at least most of them before dinner), sit beside him during dinner and compliment him about his looks. When he asks you to help him polish his armor, do so, but do not insist on hearing the rest of his story. Keep talking to him once you reach Verita and he'll invite you at the bar.

After defeating the orphanage boss, you should have a scene where you are taken back to the academy and are purged of the remaining curse that lingered within you. This unlocks the caravan location, which you take to get to Chapter 3.

I've never seen anything about unlocking gifts or ghosts at the graveyard, though. What did you do to get those?

Oh ? Interesting, maybe I should try to reload a previous save then because after a defeated the Orphan boss (that was a year ago I think) I returned to the hall I think then nothing.
When I resumed my game with the new linked build, I was able to go anywhere in town, but each time I tried explorate I got the "this is not available in the current version" or a thing like that.


For the gift, I have slept in the inn and got a message about finding a gift in my bed. Then in any places I go the option "gift" appeared although it do nothing... until I am in the same place than Gullash. I then get the option to give the gift to him.

Never tried it, because my yiff target is Xingming (who was in my team the whole time). So I prefere kept it to give him if it works that way.

For the ghost : I visited the temple of fire/Orphan during twilight. Got a dialogue popping with the child trio about a ghost in the graveyard that appear at midnight.

Xingming proposed to investigate. I visited the graveyard at 10 p.m and a scene was triggered with a fully armored character but there is no fight and the walking armor/machine/ghost/whatever walked away. Then nothing else to do when returning in town.

Now, I did had the nsfw in the temple with Xingming in a previous build (still have the save) and I have sided with Xingming every time during the adventure. Maybe it's an event related to it (as I visited the temple with Xingming who had story connection to it.)

Update : So, I have redone the Old orphanage dungeon, and unlocked the grimoire afterwars.

The bird guy in full-dress did told me that a caravan waited for me in the morning at the inn. But in the Inn I can only go to sleep, and even in the morning it doesn't unlock any new option and caravan.

My game is version : "Version 3.0.1 - Content version:3.20.32.0

Also, here's a screenshot for the ghost event. For the gift stuff, I tested and it's just an option to give an item -as gift- to a character. Propably to increase relationship.

I also precise I unlocked the forest but can't explore it (fog of war) and I haven't unlocked the encounter with that black panther native.

The caravan isn't inside of the inn, it's its own location option, like the Marketplace or the Bar.

The forest is should be similar to the orphanage in terms of exploration, where you click on the white squares to get mini-events that further your progress. The only difference is that you must get all of them in one area before proceeding to the next one. Try making sure that you have completed all of the events in the area.

I'm trying to access the Gullash beach scene in chapter 3 but I have no idea what to do, the hidden passage didn't open up for me in the afternoon and I don't see Gullash there. I've already polished his armor and gotten his first NSFW scene from the bar and talked to him as much as I could.

Generally there should be no issues in being able to see the scene, but if you were like me that reloads a save file from a previous build or just too lazy to bother restarting the game, make a new save file and continue the game from the beginning, obviously with flirting with Gullash. If you're concerned about the tedious boss battles, use the death seed.
