Looking to hopefully revive the gay 3d furry side of things. It's legit been years, with 1 or 2 dedicated threads.
I'm really surprised that no one has revived it yet, so hopefully we can shed some light again on this side.
Since last thread had so many good things that are long gone and possibly lost in time.

Thanks for the thread, I had no idea about Anonbirds' thread and there were so many great models there (not anymore sadly)
I also noticed a few posts that spoke about a MEGA link with almost all the models (which doesn't work anymore either)

BUuuuuuuT, Border Collie provided a link long ago with most of what was found in anonbird thread. Which i did grab myself. Many VRCA's. (Such as Wolke OC's, Unreleased Juggernaut Models and stuff) I have a lot of those and many more private OC's n rtc, very good stuff, which i will be converting from VRCA to .Blend for people to use easier and that don't have "SARS" and Unity to extract them.

Again, gonna do a few a week. Wanna make sure what's left will not be lost in time and IIRC Collie's been maxed out of his drive space providing for all of us, so i've gonna pass those.

sfm lab is free models that I have scoured through and often see a lot of, im here for stuff thats the paywalled stuff and isn't easy to find, i only state general male sfm models as I am not picky about any models :P

Yeah i'd say they are fairly rare, don't think to many really know of U18chan to begin with, let alone search far enough, and or know how to extract vrca's via ARC/SARS. Asset Studio breaks textures and other things. ARC perfectly get everything you need out of it, shape keys and all.

Yep, that's the main focus of this thread. HOWEVER i've heard of models that got taken down from Smuty3d and SFMLabs. (Don't know how good they were tho)

Sketchfab is also a similar case, there were some good models long ago that got removed and don't exist anymore. 1 off ones from rando non big creators, but still neat ones.

Gonna throw these out there like an SOS lol. First 2 have been once posted on Anonbird thread, but Collie i guess never got Hel and Anonbird never dropped Wao unless it was in his last Meha archive he dropped (long dead)




Other two is a Zairiza VRC model Kale. Since it's and old VRC was wondering if it ever got ripped or if others exists and got ripped outside of Collie archive.


4th is Stunkhazard by wolke, some SFM animator had it, and dude's been ghosted for years after sum sorta big crashout xP wonder if it ever got leaked. (Also other wolke model not found in collie archie)

Much appreciated. I made announcement on anonbird and tagged Collie, so if that thread is still on his "watch" he should see it, if he ever returns.

This was another that got missed in collie's archive. Pretty similar to Kale, it's pretty cute.

Oh and someone made a .blend of those 3 to scrolling through the anonbird thread, so i assume a good portion of people should still have it in either format.

This one didn't have the scholng wit it, but the bones are there and there's a indent between da cheeks. I assume they use "bolt on" donuts and dicks lmao. It's a solid color so shouldn't be hard to match up.

Same as Typhek, cock bones are there, but no cock mesh was found, again solid color, so easy to color match an attach a wolke meat to it.

Thank ya'll for the help, and also does anyone have jugger's Vorg'Zo [the dino] and his Ruzn'Halni [the orc], and also in a unitypackage/the vrc version?

[we don't mind the blender, but it just lags my friend's laptop, he helps port the models into the 3D software we use, and we also have a way to get the fbx file from unitypackages but not vrca tho]

Here's my archive of juggernautuntpb's models, I bought them on sale before the VRchat versions were ever developed, and then gumroad went full retard and banned porn, so he moved his store to itch.io and 'consolidated' all the tiers into one package at full price, and I'm not paying $100 *per model* to get a VRchat version. Jugger is delusional to charge that amount. He's out of his fucking mind for charging $80 just for the basic version;

So i was looking at some of deretto's models on Kemono, but i found out that his oldest posts have blender animations with some blender exclusive models, one had an older version of his OC and The OC's of ShadeVee. Another is an arcanine :3

A very nice feral umbreon (ShadeVee). It's set up as a anim in action, so wondered if anyone knows a way or can set it up to just it's rest pose with all the shape keys saved. I Tried ,but it reverts back to position that it was keyed from the animation.

It's was probably an oversight of Deretto since it was a very old 2020-2019 upload, but this is a good one. I believe this, His OC, Dragonite, Arcanine, Eevee, Flareon and Jolteon are exclusive to those .blend anim files he has.

Something like this happened when I used a program similar to Ninja Ripper: a giant texture with lines of mini-textures and black areas; the textures were in squares as if they were parts of a puzzle.
I think the best thing would be to try to make new ones from scratch.

I gotchu. You want to use ARC and old vrchat ripping tool (no longer can rip avatars) BUTTT.....CAN convert vrca, into a Unity project folder with actual full assets. When you import and export the .VRCA it will become a folder like "avatar-pc-(Name of whatever character). So like how i did with Druce it would look like "avatar-pc-Druce"

After that, open a Unity Project, go to converted avatar folder, shift select Textures2D folder, Prefab id file, Mesh folder, and material folder.

Drag and drop into scene. In Unity install FBX conveter in the Windows > Package manager.

Right click prefab and convert to fbx.

DONE! (Will have everything, shape keys and all with little to no broken stuff) That's how i do it. Takes like 2 min lol

You can drag and drop characters back to back and convert them in the same unity project also. :3

Avoid using Asset Studios for VRCA's it breaks shit lol

Also yeah, no problem. Also i doesn't matter which version of Arc you use and you can even preview the models to in Arc to see what they look like before you export. Not all parts with be visible in the previewer, but they are there when you export it.

If you mean models in general, the answer is also no, I have nothing new yet. Avoid Asset Studio as i mentioned, it breaks .Vrca's.

2. These are the only folders and files that matter that you want to drag and drop into the scene, then convert with fbx converter. To get the rest of it's contents to use outside of unity. Just most or everything should show in the prefab before you even convert.

Eh acquired taste, similar to Juggernaut's style. Makes since the creator of those two models here mostly does human/Orc models, so naturally there's a bit more "Realism" in the facial and such and humanoid aesthetics take over the andromorphic in the design for the most part.

Heck, Ubzerd in the artwork looks more appetizing, he'd be better off "toonified" in 3D. Buuut, I'd be lying if said i wouldn't still hit lmao. The panther at least.

So i've got the game now, but Hrothgar seem locked behind a paywall, however you can select as the in the character select menu and view him as he fully loads, you just can't save.

Does anyone know if there is a client sort mod or thing i can use to save as the character or hotswap it of sort?
