Not him and I'm not trans so I can't say for certain but I imagine trans folks aren't fans of using the genatalia associated with the gender they don't identify with. I don't know for certain but I assume that's the case, especially with this comics repeated "boy I wish I had a penis" thing. They could still do butt stuff I assume.
