I feel like the dialogue is backwards, because it's the ass that should be clean, not the dick. Otherwise they're asking about STDs, which falls apart as dialogue because the person wouldn't come to the glory hole if they didn't think they were safe to begin with.
Plus, if he's concerned about that, he would have asked if they're clean before even suckin' on it. but then refer to previous point, he'd be asking everyone who used the glory hole too, and given the apparent lack of verbal communication for most participants, its presumably a mutual understanding that anyone who enters is clean and therefore there's no need to ask.
So wtf is this dialogue even?
