My bet is some time this year he's going to "release" a broken version of the "engine rework" and then vanish off the face of the planet, just like he did when he "finished" Love Collector so goddamned long ago. This guy is pathetically underskilled at this at best, a long-con artist at worst. And people actually pay him. Furries have their share of idiots, but the brony subset has really put out some great two-brain cell examples of humanity.

MEGA shouldn't do it. Either something has changed in the internals (they went full Win11-compatible ~recently), or problem lies somewhere in-between - cloudflare, local ISP, et cetera. Eastern European nodes are ~wonky last two weeks or so...
I use MEGAsync anyway - never got anything like that so far, though some files went through periods of freeze in the middle of download: I presume, without app's ability to maintain file status, it would've been corrupted if downloaded usual way.
